Find the right reading path

Choose a documentation path from the problem you are solving. Getting Started covers first use; scenarios connect hardware and software; product facts explain what is actually supported.

If you are new#

Start with Mac requirements, installation, local voice readiness and your first reviewed reply. You can complete this path using an existing microphone. The hardware path becomes actionable once pairing and wearable controls receive their own integration acceptance.

If you share a workplace#

Read the office etiquette and background-voice guides. They distinguish three separate questions: whether your words are recognized, whether other voices contaminate the draft, and whether speaking interrupts coworkers. A single microphone specification does not answer all three.

If your text or task is wrong#

For inaccurate wording, begin in Voice & Intent, then the accuracy troubleshooting pages. For missing conversations, uncertain sends or stale task states, start in Agent Management and Troubleshooting. These routes point to the same canonical articles rather than maintaining conflicting copies.

Product Facts, Privacy & Data and Coming Soon provide scope checks alongside every path. They help you distinguish local transcription from optional service processing and the current Codex companion from broader multi-agent ambitions. Search is useful for an exact issue, but the collection pages also provide a complete linked directory when you do not know the product’s terminology.
