Use a deliberate switching habit#
Finish or pause a thought, then switch conversations. Read the target task’s latest answer before continuing. If you reuse wording from another task, adapt the object and constraints rather than assuming the context is identical.
For example, a draft that says “Use option two” should remain in the conversation that defined those options. If moved manually, restate the option’s meaning. A conversation title is helpful but is not a substitute for understanding its content.
Verify edge cases separately#
Draft preservation is a documented current behavior, while recording during a task switch, concurrent edits and late transcription results have their own acceptance boundaries. Do not assume that one successful draft-save test covers every switching sequence.
If text appears in an unexpected task, stop before delivery. Preserve the draft, compare the task identity and reproduce with non-sensitive content. A failed send or uncertain receipt should not discard useful text. Report the stage where the context changed rather than simply saying that “voice input failed.”
