Make the action level visible#
“Consider a campaign” asks for analysis. “Write the campaign copy” asks for a draft. “Publish the campaign” requests an external action. Cleanup should preserve the level you intended rather than converting exploration into execution.
If your thought is unfinished, keep it in the draft and add the missing decision later. Ask for alternatives when you want options. Include an approval boundary when it matters: “Prepare it for review and wait before sending.”
Check the destination#
The conversation’s earlier context may contain its own authorization or constraints. Read the latest answer and confirm that your reply belongs there. Do not assume a brief instruction has identical meaning across projects.
CueSpec’s review-before-send design helps you inspect this boundary. It does not establish autonomous outbound messaging or automatic publishing. A delivery receipt also establishes receipt only; later actions and their results remain visible in the task’s own workflow.
