Reconstruct the sequence#
Note where recording began, whether you switched tasks, whether you edited while transcription was running and where the result appeared. Use the task’s latest content to identify the intended destination, not just a similar title.
Move or rewrite the useful text deliberately only after confirming the target. Do not send it to clear the state or assume that the app will correct the destination afterward.
Reproduce without sensitive content#
Try one short sentence in two clearly named test contexts. Change only the switching or editing sequence that caused the problem. Report expected and actual destination along with the version.
The product design contains protections for drafts and editing races, but the reviewed simple Fn acceptance does not cover every concurrent sequence. Keep this evidence boundary visible. An available draft-save capability and a validated late-result scenario are different claims. If reproduction is uncertain, retain the original draft and use typed input for the immediate task.
