# Wearable text deletion and conversation controls

Deleting recently spoken text and switching conversations through temple controls are product ideas requiring exact interaction design. The presence of a button or touch surface does not establish those software actions.

## Questions the mapping must answer
What unit is deleted: the last word, the last captured segment or the whole draft? Can it be restored? Does the gesture apply to the current conversation or the capture’s original context? What feedback shows the action succeeded?

Conversation switching similarly needs a visible target and protection against accidental sending. A control useful during capture may be inappropriate during task execution.

## Current alternative
Edit the draft on Mac and choose the intended conversation explicitly. Keep useful text before experimenting with deletion or cancellation. The current Fn route has a documented acceptance test, while wearable equivalents need separate validation.

A finished guide should specify gestures, contexts, feedback and recovery instead of describing all temple touches as interchangeable. This page records the intended capability and questions for acceptance; it does not grant a tap permission to send, cancel work, switch models or remove existing conversation history.
