# Hardware and software solve different stages

Hardware focuses on capturing soft speech; software focuses on usable wording and task interaction. The combined experience needs every stage to work, not just a strong result from one component.

## The intended chain
Capture your voice, transcribe locally, optionally refine the text, review the draft, confirm the conversation and send. Then follow the task’s progress and assess its answer.

A better microphone may reduce missing words or background intrusion. Semantic refinement may make captured text clearer. Task management may reduce window switching and destination mistakes. These benefits are related but not interchangeable.

## Diagnose by stage
If no useful audio was captured, changing the prompt wording may not help. If transcription is correct but refinement changes a condition, the microphone is not the issue. If the draft is correct but delivered incorrectly, the problem is context or routing.

The knowledge center therefore keeps hardware, Voice & Intent and Agent Management separate while connecting them through Office and On the go scenarios. This organization also supports separate explanations of value. It does not finalize whether products are sold separately, bundled by default or subject to mandatory pairing.
