# When your hands are busy, capture the explanation

Voice can help capture an explanation when typing is inconvenient, but reviewing the text and choosing the destination remain necessary. The current Mac route requires deliberate interaction; wearable controls are still being integrated.

## Pick a task that benefits
Describe a design change, summarize an observation or outline an answer. Avoid using an unreviewed spoken request for an irreversible action. “Draft three versions” is easier to inspect than “Send this to everyone” when you cannot comfortably check the screen.

If you cannot review immediately, keep the result as a draft. Later, check names, numbers, negation and attached files before delivery. Saving an idea and authorizing work are different stages.

## Wearable direction
SPECS 01 has supplier-listed buttons and touch controls on both temples. That hardware presence does not establish which CueSpec actions each gesture performs. Start/stop recording, switching conversations and deleting text require an approved interaction mapping and acceptance tests.

There is no documented always-listening workflow in the released Mac path. Hold-to-record is a deliberate capture action. Until the glasses controls are verified, use the current input method and do not infer that any tap will send a prompt, cancel a task or remove the last words.
