# Security and workplace-policy questions still open

The reviewed materials do not establish enterprise SSO, centralized device administration, a formal compliance certificate or an independent security audit. Local transcription is a useful fact but does not replace workplace approval.

## Questions for an organizational rollout
Identify the permitted AI environment, sensitive-data categories, optional refinement provider and retention requirements. Confirm who can install the app and grant its requested permissions. Determine what support evidence may be shared.

These questions concern the actual organization and configuration. A competitor’s security center or compliance claim cannot establish CueSpec’s status.

## Current practical scope
You can evaluate a local Mac workflow using non-sensitive sample tasks. Check input, transcription and delivery separately, without calling the evaluation an enterprise deployment. A successful personal-use test does not establish managed installation, account provisioning or organization-wide policy support.

Future public policy pages should provide verified facts and applicable terms rather than aspirational badges. Until then, this library marks unresolved policy questions visibly and does not promise HIPAA, BAA, SOC 2, team administration or unlimited confidential use.
