# Read the battery and charging estimates

The supplier lists two 140 mAh lithium-ion polymer batteries, a 10–14 hour runtime estimate and approximately 1.5 hours to charge. These are supplied estimates, not CueSpec-tested guarantees.

## What can change runtime
Usage intensity, audio playback, call time, capture duration, connection behavior and temperature can alter battery life. An advertised day of intermittent use should not be interpreted as continuous AI recording time unless a test defines that workload.

For a useful evaluation, note the starting charge, duration, workload, device revision and ending condition. Use the same workload for comparisons. Recording only the best result leaves the normal-use range unclear.

## Charging details still need confirmation
The current notes describe magnetic contacts and USB, but the final connection wording and accessory guidance need confirmation. The user-supplied 5 V entry has not been checked against a battery datasheet and may describe a different electrical point.

Do not derive certified watt-hours or aviation conclusions from that unverified voltage entry. Battery capacity, charging input and cell voltage are different specifications. A final hardware manual should provide verified electrical data and handling instructions before this draft becomes a definitive charging guide.
